This is just not as distinct and not as appropriate for the character in quite a few ways. I don’t mind the new style too much. In fact, it almost in certain fashions looks more detailed. I like his new face, kinda miss the red eyes, LOVE the new completely eyes, not a huge fan of the new outfit but it does look cool and I was actually hoping for a new outfit for him…don’t like the gloves though… The lack of red eyes from this viewpoint could be a style thing. Maybe from far away you just see black dots, but when they do a close-up, or if he does one of those outtakes with big shiny tearful eyes, you’ll see the red. Maybe. ^ IF they even do cartoony wild takes anymore… Can’t say I like how the show looks thus far. Nice animation means shit if you don’t even bother preserving the feel of a show.
